Chapel of Grace Praise Team
The mission of the praise team is to build a tabernacle of worship and praise where God’s presence will dwell with His people. The praise team are passionate about communicating the greatness of God through song and music both in the church and outside in our various outreach events throughout the year. We have been priveledged to host music artists such as Dr. Ron Kenoly, Chevelle Franklin, Melinda Watts and Asu Ekiye. Anually, Chapel of Grace hosts a music concert titled ‘Xplosion’ in the local University of Bradford Campus with leading UK gospel artists.
Children of Destiny
Here in Chapel of Grace, we believe that children are an heritage of the Lord, Psalm 127:3. Jesus said in Matthew 19:14 that, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.” Therefore, we are committed strongly to developing a children’s church for all age groups that will meet the needs of your children. The Bible also instructs us in Proverbs 22:6 that we should train up our children in the way they should go so that when they grow they will remain in the Lord. Why not come along with your children and give them an opportunity to experience the love of Jesus Christ offered by our team of children friendly and God fearing teachers.
This is the young adults’ ministry of Chapel of Grace. Its objective is to provide fun and vibrant activities for the young adults within the church and also to reach out to those outside of the church in a relevant way. For instance, we have “Fun at the Flicks” movie nights, a monthly get together and other social activities. The Ignite team also hosts the annual Get Connected event, a night of fun, cocktails and interactive discussions on marriage.
The Royal Daughters
This is the women ministry of Chapel of Grace. The ministry aims to bring women of all ages together so that they can learn from one another and support each other as is advised in Titus 2:3-5. The ministry draws its name from Psalm 45:13 which says “The royal daughter is all glorious within the palace…” One of the objectives of The Royal Daughters Ministry is to build the self esteem of its members by encouraging them to see the truth of the glorious women that God has created them to be and help them to walk in this truth. Activities planned for this year include a monthly ladies brunch and other social activities. They also host the annual Royal Daughters Conference with leading women speakers from around the world.
This is the men’s ministry of Chapel of Grace. We aspire to develop men that will take their rightful place in society. We aim to build men that will be confident of themselves in every sphere of life. Our men are trained as agents for wider societal change. Therefore, our men are set to become world stage history makers that will shape the course of events of their various homes, communities, work places, nations and the world. Amongst the activities lined up for men are breakfast meetings, dinner outreaches, sporting outreaches and empowerment seminars to appropriately position them for leadership and impactful history making.
The Senior Ambassadors is the ministry that aims to provide fellowship for those that are aged 50 and above within the church and the community as well as caring and providing for the elderly.
As a church, we believe strongly that we all things are possible with prayer. This is where we draw our spiritual energy to accomplish all of our ministry assignments. The Bible instructs us to pray without ceasing (1 Thessalonians 5:17). We currently host a quarterly 24 hour prayer chain. We are also part of the Prayer4Bradford group and the Healing on The Streets team. As a church we also hold a monthly prayer vigil on the last Friday of every month and on a weekly basis, the prayer team meets for an hour of intercession every Saturday between 3pm – 4pm. There is also a daily ‘Morning Glory’ prayer meeting at 6.30am-7.30am
In addition, we hold the annual “The Lord Reigns” 14 days of Prayer and Fasting event between the months of October and November. During this event we meet daily for intercessory prayer meetings and we end with a 2 day powerful prayer summit.
The Divine Encounter ministry is an interdenominational outreach of the church which meets monthly and also has an annual conference. We have had attendance from members of churches across West Yorkshire and beyond so no matter where you primarily worship, you are welcome! The monthly Divine Encounter meetings are nights of vibrant prayer, worship and impactful word based teaching. To the Glory of God, during these meetings we have seen God move mightily in miracles, healing, deliverance and revival. The Divine Encounter holds every First Friday of the Month between 7pm-10pm.
The annual Divine Encounter Conference holds in the first week of June and is a three day extravaganza of praise, worship, music performances, dance, drama & life changing teaching from guest speakers from around the UK.
Building Better Relationships
The bible encourages us to “make every effort to live in peace with all men…” (Hebrews 12:14), therefore at Chapel of Grace, building and strengthening peaceful relationships is something that we are very passionate about. We also believe in educating people concerning relationship and conflict resolution skills.
As a church we offer both pre and post marital counselling to ensure that couples are well equipped to manage the challenges that are a natural part of relationships.
The ministry also holds various relationship seminars throughout the year as well as an annual Building Better Relationships Conference in April.
If you would like us to come and host a Building Better Relationships Seminar in your church or workplace teaching a variety of skills including communication and conflict resolution techniques please contact the church office at 07837233452 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Redeemed Students Christian Fellowship
This is a fellowship specifically for the college and university students in the West Yorkshire region. They meet at the University of Bradford campus every Wednesday between 7-8.30pm. The RSCF’s membership is open to all and not limited to students of Chapel of Grace and other RCCG churches in the Bradford area.
UNITE CELL GROUPS
Like the early church that began from the houses of the people, our house fellowship centres strive to create a friendly environment that is an extension of the local assembly to homes (Acts 2:46). Our house fellowships are a convenient unit where every member of the church can be reached and catered for. This has made it to become a good caring unit for members (1 Cor.16:15; Acts 16:40). We have several centres spread across the Bradford and Shipley area in the homes of some of our members. To know of the various meeting times of any close to you, please contact the church office at 07837233452 or email email@example.com.
